Disbanding a Guild? - Guild Wars Forums

Anyone know if there's a way to do this without rerolling your characters?

Seems to be a mistake to me if Arenanet left it out of a guild oriented game...

From the guild screen, click on the icon next to your name (assuming you're the guild leader). A popup menu has it as an option.
